Asus ZenBook UX310U Review

For the Asus ZenBook UX310U, we can generally call it a well-balanced notebook computer. New generation processor, memory frequency and capacity, as well as good details of using GeForce 940MX. Thus, both business and recreational uses can be carried out together. The laptop, which offers enough saturation, is less satisfying than our estimate with battery life. On the other hand, we can not say much about the keyboard part.

  • Keyboard backlight
  • Screen
  • Fast
  • Thin & light
Cons
  • The keyboard might be better

Offering a wealth of connectivity options, the Asus ZenBook UX310U offers two USB 2.0 ports, as well as USB 3.0 and USB Type-C slots. The laptop, which also has an HDMI port, also uses 802.11ac as Wi-Fi.

As a result, if you work together, you can also use the Asus ZenBook UX310U for both business use and occasional game play and graphics programs. The price of the laptop computer is 4198 TL. Of course there are different options in the category; you can also evaluate them.

The Asus ZenBook UX310U, which combines business and entertainment together, is the size of a laptop that meets the needs of the general public.

What does Asus’s new ZenBook models offer the UX310U laptop computer? We’re looking …

Asus continues to market new models of ZenBook. The ZenBook, now available on the UX310U model, was previously under review with the UX305UA and other similar models. Continuing to embrace the Zen design philosophy in its new model, Asus has, of course, stepped in since that model and brought a more aesthetic body with a strong architecture. Let’s start designing now, then I will go to performance.

Design and display

Asus ZenBook UX310U Review

The Asus ZenBook UX310U reminds us of the ZenBook model that we had previously encountered with the design. But this time with a slim body, the laptop comes in 1.84 cm thick. This shows that it’s a bit thicker than the 1.7-inch MacBook Air, and there’s no big difference. Of course, this area still continues to draw attention with its 1.5 cm thick HP’s Specter 360 model.

If the weight of the laptop computer is to be taken into consideration, we can say that it weighs 1.4 kilograms, which means that you can comfortably carry it with you. The laptop offers us the same weight as the Specter 360 at this point.

Featuring two different color options, the ZenBook UX310U is available in gray and rose colors. The model, which is found in gray color at our hands, looks thin and weight aside, and looks very nice with its design.

The device, which is also made of solid aluminum material, offers us a 13.3-inch screen under the brushed lid that circles inside. This is not the size of the screen, but there are two different resolution options. The full HD resolution is also available as QHD +, ie 3200X1800 pixels.

Display LED; thus offering up to 178 degrees of viewing angle. Color accuracy and black balance look good. In this sense, we can say that photographers will be happy in the face of this screen. In the meantime, to reduce eye fatigue on the screen, there is a blue light filter called Eye Care.

Perhaps the worst that can be done with the screen is the frame that draws the edges of the screen. The frames are a bit thick; Although this is not a huge discomfort, in the next model Asus specialists are now thinking that they need to throw their hand in the frame while focusing on the design.

Technical staff and battery life

Asus ZenBook UX310U Review

The Asus ZenBook UX310U has different infrastructure options, just like the screen resolution. The laptop with Intel Core i7-7500U is also available with Core i3 and Core i5 options.

We have the strongest member of the family. The laptop with dual physical core, 2.70 GHz base with 4 thread processor, 3.50 GHz ceiling frequencies, so the top shirt is ready for work. In technical infrastructure, 8GB capacity and 2133 MHz speed with DDR4 RAM, Asus also brought the solution with 512GB SSD as storage.

The graphics side also uses the NVIDIA GeForce 940MX in a 2GB capacity and also has Intel HD Graphics 620 locally. So you can use this laptop computer for professional or leisure purposes.

We think that the battery life of the laptop computer might be better. The Asus ZenBook UX310, which scored a 4-hour, 13-minute PC Mark battery test, consumed its battery completely within 5 hours and 24 minutes in our video test. In the same test, the HP Specter 360 performed around 8 hours. In this sense, I would like to wish the battery life to be slightly longer.
