Exodus is a very popular add-on for Kodi Krypton 17.3. It is a 3rd party kodi add-on which of course isn’t supported by developers of Kodi but we’ll teach you how to install it on Kodi.
Needless to say that Kodi users can previously download this add-on directly from the TV Addons Indigo tool, but since its shutdown, the process is pretty difficult but don’t worry, follow our step-by-step instructions and install it.
Exodus is popular for its plethora of movies, television shows, kids shows and documentaries.
It has some cool filtering options as well that lets you choose movies and television shows based on the Genres like Action, Animation, Anime, Biography, Adventure, Comedy, Crime, Drama, Family, Fantasy, History, Horror, Musical, Mystery, Romance and much more.
We highly recommend whenever watching movies on Exodus, prefer Blue-ray or DVD because the ones inside the add-on are low quality with Chinese subtitles which can’t be removed.

Below I have pasted screenshots in a step-by-step manner that takes you through the entire installation process.
Before we begin, I highly recommend to use a VPN to keep your identity anonymous while you install and use the add-on. IPVanish is one of the best performing so far and allows to connect 5 devices at a time.
1: Open Kodi and click on the Settings icon located in the top left corner of the application.
2: Inside the settings, tap on File manager. We’ll be adding a 3rd party source here.
3: Double-click on the Add Source.
4: Next, to add the source, tap on “None”. This will open a popup box where you’ll be adding the source link.
5: Copy and paste this link in the box. Make sure everything is perfect, else Exodus will not install proper. Add this “http://repo.ares-project.com/magic”.
6: Now, click on the blank box under the label, “Enter a name for this media source” to enter the name for your newly add source. Name it “Ares” and click on “Ok”.
7: Come back on the home screen of KODI and click on Add-ons.
8: On the next page, tap on the “Package Installer” icon to proceed further.
9: On the next window, click on “Install from zip file”.
10: Select “Ares”.
11: Finally, tap on repository.ares and repository.aresproject and wait for the Ares to install. Be patient meanwhile.
12: Once installed, a drop-down box will appear saying “Add-on updated”.
13: Once again from the package installer, click on Install from repository.
14: Now choose “Program add-ons”. Tap on it.
15: From the next window, tap on “Ares Wizard” and from the next window, click on Install.
16: Allow the Ares Wizard to download and install on your Kodi application.
Finally, choose Ares Wizard > Browse Addons > Video Addons > Exodus!
Hope this method works out for you. If you have any issues while installing the Exodus add-on on Kodi, please do let us know in the comment section and we’ll try to help you in the best way possible.
