you don’t know me. but i’m close friends with the founder of the afformentioned facebook group. I’m alos founder of the facebook group protesting the suspensions.
I’d just like to clarify that the “dogging group” wasn’t actually a serious group. the group was obviously humourous

Just to add, people finding out information that can be used against you is not a new thing at all.

I had a friend who 10-12 years ago had a nasty car accident and had a bad back from whiplash. Insurance usually like to check things out properly. Apparently, they found a picture of her jumping into a river on her geocities webpage! (remember geocities?;)

So moral of the story is you must give as little info about yourself as possible. Something you might have said/done in the past may well come back to haunt you when you least expect it!
